Until now you carried it all in your head and on paper: who is on shift this morning, who took which ride, which driver does twice as much as another — and there are still arguments over the fare. When someone cancels, you find out in the evening, or never. The dispatch platform is your control panel: on one screen you see drivers in real time, every ride with its full history, and statistics that clearly say who completes and who cancels — no questions, no arguments. Riders and drivers install nothing: they open a link and use your app, in your colors. Prices are visible up front, so there is less fighting over the bill. One message reaches all drivers at once, and once you fill in your legal details you appear in the public Voziko directory for your city, where new riders find you. This guide walks you through every screen — starting with the ones you'll use every day.
Overview — everything on one screen
Why it matters: The whole business at a glance — who's online, how many rides today, where money is lost — instead of phoning drivers to ask.
The home screen shows live: how many drivers are online, how many rides are in progress, how many completed today, and how many requests are waiting. Below: a rides table for today, 7 and 30 days, completion and cancellation rates, who cancelled (rider, driver or system), busiest hours and returning riders.
Rides — the history of every ride
Why it matters: A complete history instead of a notebook and memory — who drove, when, where, and what happened if there was a dispute.
A list of all rides with status, time, rider and driver. Click a ride to open details: the rider's phone (one-tap call), pickup and destination, status history and the message thread. Older data is hidden automatically to protect privacy.
Drivers — your team
Why it matters: You add and remove drivers yourself, in seconds — no paperwork; a deactivated driver instantly loses access.
A list of drivers with vehicle, plate and phone, and a seat counter (used/total). Invite a driver by link, add yourself as a driver, edit details, deactivate, or reset a password.

Performance — who does how much
Why it matters: See which driver completes rides and which cancels — no questions, no arguments; reward the best, spot the problem.
Leaderboards of the best (most completed, most accurate arrival estimate, fewest no-shows) and a per-driver table: completed, cancelled, average time to accept, hours online and last activity — for the last 30 days.
Announcements — one message to all
Why it matters: One message reaches all drivers at once — and you see who read it — instead of 15 separate messages.
Send an announcement to all your drivers and see how many read it (and acknowledged it, if you require confirmation). Messages from the Voziko platform also arrive here.

Branding — your app
Why it matters: A rider opens the link and sees your company, not Voziko — your name, colors and logo; plus a business card with a QR code for the car.

Price list — prices up front
Why it matters: Riders see prices up front — less arguing over the bill; special services (airport, intercity) clearly highlighted.
Enter tariffs (start, per-km day/night/intercity, waiting per hour) and special services with prices. It's informational — the meter stays the final word — but the rider sees roughly what to expect.

Legal details — into the city directory
Why it matters: Fill in once and you appear in the public Voziko directory for your city — new riders find you; compliant with the law.
Enter the company's legal name, registration number/tax ID, registered address and contact email, and accept the data-processing agreement. Once Voziko approves, the company shows automatically in your city's public directory.

Plan — a clear subscription
Why it matters: During launch — free. Later: a clear plan by number of drivers, card payment, no paper contract.
Here you see your plan and seat count (drivers). During the launch period the platform is free; later you choose a plan for your company's size and pay by card, no paperwork.
Activity — a trail of every change
Why it matters: Who did what and when — who added or removed a driver, changed prices; trust and accountability without guessing.
A chronological log of every change in the panel: adding and removing drivers, price and branding changes — with the person who did it and the exact time.
Data requests — by law
Why it matters: When a rider or driver requests their data (a legal right), you pull it out in one click — no lawyer.

Right now, Voziko is completely free — set up your company, add your drivers, and start taking bookings at no cost. Once we're more established, there may be a small monthly fee per active driver. If that day comes, you'll hear it from us well in advance, with plenty of time to decide what's right for your business — no surprise charges, no automatic billing, no fine print.
