Getting-started guide

The whole journey through the app — screen by screen, in plain language. No technical knowledge needed.

Back to Why Voziko
1

Register your company

Open voziko.com and tap “Register your company”. This guide is always available via the “View the guide” button too.

What's next: The 4-step account wizard opens.

2

Step 1 — Create an account

Enter the basics and create your account.

What to enter: Company name (e.g. “Taxi Zvezda”), email (e.g. “[email protected]”) and a password (at least 6 characters).

Note: The email you enter is also your login — remember it.

What's next: You move on to address and city.

3

Step 2 — Address and city

Choose your app's web address (subdomain) and the company's location.

What to enter: Subdomain (e.g. “taxi-zvezda” → taxi-zvezda.voziko.com). For the location, start typing your city and PICK the suggested result from the list.

Note: The subdomain CANNOT be changed later — choose it well. You must pick the location by clicking a suggested result; typed text alone doesn't count.

What's next: You move on to drivers and legal details.

4

Step 3 — Invite drivers

Invite drivers by email — or add them later, any time. If you drive yourself, add yourself as a driver too.

What to enter: Driver's email (e.g. “[email protected]”). For yourself as a driver: vehicle (e.g. “Škoda Octavia”) and plate (e.g. “BG-123-AB”).

Buttons: “Invite” sends the invite by email automatically (you can also share the link yourself). “Add yourself as a driver” also gives you a driver account on the same login.

Note: If you fill in vehicle and plate but forget the “Add yourself as a driver” button, the data is still submitted when you launch the app — but clicking the button is safer.

What's next: On the same step you fill in the legal details.

5

Step 3 — Legal details

Enter your company's valid details. This is a prerequisite for a Voziko administrator to accept you onto the platform.

What to enter: Legal company name (e.g. “TAXI ZVEZDA DOO”), tax/registration number (8–9 digits, e.g. “108396635”), registered address and contact email. Tick the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

The contact email can be the same as your login or another business address of the company.

Note: First click “Save legal info”, then “Launch app”. Until an administrator approves you, your app WORKS normally — it's just not yet shown in the public directory.

What's next: The app launches — you reach the final screen.

6

Step 4 — You're ready!

Your app is live. Save the links shown.

Buttons: “Rider app” is the link you give to riders. “Admin panel” is your dispatch console. “Price list & services” goes to pricing setup (optional).

What's next: Log in to the Admin panel to set up your look and prices.

7

Admin: Branding

Set up the look of the app your riders see.

What to enter: Tagline (e.g. “Fast and safe”), dispatch phone (e.g. “0631234567”) and a primary colour. Upload a logo (SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 1 MB).

Buttons: “Save” stores your changes. “Vizit karta” makes a QR code you can print for the car — the rider scans it and books online.

What's next: Move to the Price list to enter prices and services.

8

Admin: Price list — tariffs

Show your published price list to riders.

What to enter: Currency (e.g. RSD) and prices: Start, Tariff 1 (day), Tariff 2 (night) — e.g. “200”.

Note: These amounts are informational. The final fare is always calculated by the taximeter.

What's next: Below the tariffs you add services.

9

Admin: Price list — services

Add extra services (e.g. tow, battery jump-start) that riders can order.

What to enter: Service name, description, category, price type (fixed/from), amount (e.g. “500”) and unit (flat/per km…).

Buttons: “Can be ordered” lets a rider request the service. “Shown” makes it visible in the app. “Save” stores the service.

What's next: Move to Drivers to invite your team.

10

Admin: Drivers

Manage your drivers and track how many seats are used.

Buttons: “Invite driver” sends an email invite. On a driver's card: “Edit” changes details, “Deactivate” temporarily switches the driver off, “Reset password” makes a new password.

If you are also a driver, a “Driver view” appears top right — one click switches to the driver app; “Admin” brings you back.

What's next: Log in to the Driver console to start receiving rides.

11

Driver console — go online

The driver opens their console, turns on notifications and goes online to receive rides.

Buttons: “Turn on notifications” rings and messages even when the phone is locked. The “Online” toggle puts you online (and takes you off). “Show QR”/“Share” present the vizit karta to a rider.

Note: While you're not “Online” you receive no rides. Turn on notifications so no request slips by.

What's next: Once online, you wait for ride requests.

12

Vizit karta (QR)

Show the QR code to a rider during the ride — they scan it and next time book online, straight to you.

Buttons: “Show QR” opens the code full-screen. “Share” sends the link by message or copies it.

What's next: Return to the console and wait for a ride request.

13

A ride from start to finish

When a request arrives you accept the ride, drive to the rider and finish the ride. All from one console.

Buttons: “Accept” takes the ride. “Open navigation” launches maps. “+5/+10 min” tell the rider you're running late. “I've arrived” and “Finish ride” walk you through it; “Rider no-show” records a no-show. Quick messages (On my way, I'm outside…) keep the rider informed.

Note: The final fare is calculated by the taximeter in the car — Voziko is for dispatch, not payment.

What's next: The ride is done — you're ready for the next one. That's the whole flow!

Free during our launch period

Right now, Voziko is completely free — set up your company, add your drivers, and start taking bookings at no cost. Once we're more established, there may be a small monthly fee per active driver. If that day comes, you'll hear it from us well in advance, with plenty of time to decide what's right for your business — no surprise charges, no automatic billing, no fine print. For now, there's nothing to lose by trying it.

Getting started takes a few minutes. Begin now.
